Feel the heatsinks on your motherboard. Are they extremely hot? If so, your motherboard is fucked and you should replace it.

If they are just slightly warm, then it's just the motherboard heat sensor that's fucked. Not really a problem unless you plan to overclock or need to monitor temps for some reason.

Also try using a different program like HWMonitor and see if you get a different reading, sometimes Speccy fucks up
