That blury text reads r7-4?? 2gb, likely 0 that last number -> r7 450 which if we believe the specs on amd's site has as much graphics cores as the apu itself but is actually clocked few mhz lower. That dgpu however has much faster gddr5 and if setup to crossfire with the apu could produce some results
