Free software has nothing to do with communism. It's a voluntary contract. I give you license to use my software on the condition that if you redistribute it, you distribute the source code of it and any modifications you have made to it. That's called a contract. Happens in capitalist societies all the time. If you don't want to agree to the contract, don't use the software.
