Lets be real here, clients need GUI, backends don't and shouldn't if you value security.

People that work at companies too small to have their own server management team that isn't incompentant, and actually knows how to setup an enviornment, but too big to try to teach every developer how to manage a server. Windows server just werks.

tl;dr people that have a job at a job with where the bussiness has 20-150 employees.

Those too poor to pay RedHat for support.
