i think.
headphones are Tempo Nirvana noise cancelling.
My reasoning?
>because that's what it sounds like.
>doesn't change volume with the rest of the stuff
>mixer shows silence while its happening.
>avira, spybot, and malwarebytes say no virus or malware or anything like that.
Reasons maybe not:
>unplug headphones and it stops
>goes silent when i mute pc.
I think i'm picking up on someones bluetooth. I have tried
>restarting computer
>repairing audio drivers
>disconnecting from the internet.
How do i make this stop?
Radio interference, I can pick up radio stations in my guitar amp

it certainly doesn't sound like radio, so much as someone talking about their life problems to a buddy.
is there any way to fix this?

Bluetooth uses radio waves. Just like wi-fi. Just different frequencies.

so there's no way to make it stop?
>>56641597
most likely ham radio stuff
bluetooth is radio too but afaik its digital not analogue

Had someone in my xbox party that had an Astro headset that picked up random ass radio waves with the microphone wiring. therefore we would hear random music and I think, Rush Limbaugh at times.
It sounds to me like you are picking up analog radio (Probably AM) waves, Bluetooth is digital and I dont see how you could intercept and hear anything without some form of decoding chipset.
AM radio is mostly talk radio and likely you are hearing some self help show or some garbage. AM waves travel much farther than FM as well. Could also be Ham radio as well I suppose.
