They completely blocked me. I'm back after having moved away. I must've gotten like 12 letters when I used to live here and ignored them all. I got apparently 5 letters back to back from downloading the show Silicon Valley and then my torrents stopped working.

I have to leave the house or temporarily tether my phone to get it downloading.

I'm now trying out free TunnelBear to get to that initial downloading icon
