Ok you fags what are superconductors?
Pic unrelated again

Electricity flows with zero resistance.
The biggest difference is with almost zero resistance they can carry 500x as much current as copper wire. If you are building a railgun or particle accelerator it can get to the point you would need a meter wide cable to carry the required current and then it produces kilowatts of heat.

Something to do with electrons (fermions) pairing up and acting like bosons.

But I = V/R and you can't divide by zero

They're the ultimate form of conductors who had rigorous training and are now able to surpass their limitations and get ticket levels over 8000.

>Electricity flows with zero resistance.
in the conductor only.
Not in the machine it powers. Think of connecting a device to a power source with 0 ohm cables.

But at the same time V=I*R so if I push a current through a semiconductor the voltage drop on it is 0. It all depends on how do you force the flow of electricity. I know that in schools they focus on using voltage as it's easier (inductors give engineers nightmares) but you can also use current. It's just not something we can easily get our heads around.

You divide it by 1.

This.
