I work in cyber security and these groups keep coming up but they all seem to be scams
has anyone actually ever hired or been targeted by one of these groups when they were legit
curious to see if they exist more than anything

Try looking for them on darknet or tor sites, I've seen a few around with at least a bit of credibility.
