Where do I get one of these that actually works?
So far every single one I tried gave me a case of 'No signal' or a horrible blue tint on my monitor.

You don't.
You stop using ancient fucking analog display technology.
And don't cry about input lag with digital displays. DP->VGA is an active change. Theres input lag in the digital->Analog conversion already. Seriously, nice, low input-lag displays with native Displayport/HDMI/DVI connectors exist for a few farthings north of $100 USD.

>convert digital to fucking analog
>hurr guys I get a horrible blue tint on my monitor
either get a monitor that supports DisplayPort, which is basically any monitor you find in 2016, or just kill yourself.
I got a HDMI to VGA and it works fine.
Also got a DP to DVI adapter today, going full DP for my Vive, but bleh.
It also works fine.
Just buy three on ebay, refund the two that don't work.
(They'll all work and you're a faggit)

Well DP to DVI is passive so it'll always be fine.
I have a VGA to HDMI adapter and it works but get one that has driver CD works better that way.
I also have a DVI to HDMI and that works too.
If you have a DP its best to get a new monitor
your cheap OP.

Bought these from ali for a couple bucks, absolutely no issues with color or display quality.

Passive DP to DVI is the fuckest thing on earth. I got an active adapter.
OP here.
Thanks for all the answers.
I guess I just got pretty unlucky with the ones I got.
Oh well, time to buy a few more.
Also, I do know I should definitely get a new monitor, but I'm a little short on cash right now, so I'll probably be buying a decent one in a few months.
