Classic Theme Restorer
Hide Caption Titlebar Plus
FX Opera 48 theme (any theme with square tabs works, you just want a base to build off of)

I recommend you just find a stylesheet on userstyles.org or github and then either modify it or cut out parts you like to use in your own.
