Hey /g/. I know very little about Programing and everything. I would like to know if there is a program maker that I can use that can display an audiofile as its transients and then enable me to write coding based on the properties of its transients.
Thanks! I really have no clue. The only thing I ever was taught was basic Visual Basic 6 about 7 years ago.

First thing to do is to understand the Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem.

The fuck are you talking about
What are you trying to accomplish exactly? Be more clear about what you want.
Post your top 5 bands and if I approve I'll consider continuing to help
I don't really get what you're trying to do, but the easiest way to get a working windows application is visual studio + windows forms. You can build the GUI with drag&drop and there are a few languages you can write the logic in, which should make it easier to find tutorials that fit your needs.
