How modified is the Android version?
Those often come with bloated or buggy OS.
Another thing you can expect from cheap, uncommon but high-spec smartphones is buggy or bad hardware, like cellular connection, GPS, Wi-Fi, compass/magnet and gyro/movement sensors.
Sometimes they're only really tested in China or so and work differently or badly in US or Europe.
Just check whether there are complains like that from users in your area.

Clean Android with only GApps preinstalled

Alright OP, I'll tl;dr you a German review of the phone:

>phone is heavy
>display is good
>buttons presses feel okay at best
>camera is pretty bad and the worst thing about the phone, pic related, it looks pretty ugly
>It's a mediatek processor, which is bad compared to stuff like snapdragon, but it's alright
