Is it profitable to install 5.1 speakers system to laptop without any external audio card? Are speakers going to work normally? What about quality?

Jesus Christ, man.
Anyway, it'll retain the quality of the laptop. If your internal sound card is good then the quality will be fine.
Just keep in mind there's three parts to this. Source, path, and exit.
There's the file that you're playing back, the soundcard/amp (DAC) the sound is going through to be converted into analog signal, and the exit point (speakers) that will be playing the analog signal.
If all of these are good quality, then your overall quality is good. If any one of these is bad, the sound quality will be bad, and exponentially more so for each additional low quality component.
The speakers will function fine attached to a laptop assuming they're being fed proper power; just keep in mind what I told you about each component if you want to determine how it'll sound.

Is your laptop advertised as 'multimedia device' or 'desktop replacer'?
In other words, does the laptop have 3 little round 3.5mm ports on the side? one green, one red and one blue? I vaguely remember that this is required to set up surround sound. Otherwise you can look on aliexpress for an external usb soundcard with plugs in the back for surround sound.
If you already have a surround sound system then go this route, but personally the best solution is this
