No need for ISO mounting software
K-Lite Standard will set you up with MPC-HC + madVR (it's more up-to-date at the moment than CCCP which does the same thing).
Don't need AV anymore since it's built-in.
I prefer Easy 7-zip for the GUI.

I guess the rest is about the same, though I don't use IM and so don't know if anything's gone on there.
