How long until we see loading web pages black instead of white?

Once OLED/microLED become the norm you'll probably see it more. Apple, Google, and MS are all working on dark themes to support this once the hardware becomes an industry standard.

Joking aside, never. Normies like white. Just create your own / find a CSS that replaces all white background to black or something like that.

Probably never because most people don't use computers in pitch darkness where black on white backgrounds hurts your eyes.
