see what people are hiring for, pretty much any language. The big meme one's right now are React.js, and "Agile development with Rails" https://www.edx.org/xseries/agile-development-using-ruby-rails (this is free, don't have to pay for the "certification".)
Toptal has a good list too, they hire for SAP, Magento, Rails and bunch of other frameworks.
