Steve Jobs didn't popularize the smartphone AT ALL. The only reason Symbian devices don't still dominate the market is because the focus shifted to apps over actual hardware features. Had Nokia predicted the paradigm shift and made a really easy sdk for Symbian and incentivised the app store, the iPhone would have about as much of a market share as Apple computers.

Vegetable oils are the most unhealthy thing you can consume, for example.
Veg oils all get converted to horribly toxic aldehydes when cooked at the average temps a typical family cooks at, or any random eatery.
Fruit oils are the only non-meat oils that are good for you (Olive, Coconut, etc.), and a few nut oils.
Veg oils are the number one reason for western illness. No fat, no sugar, no carbs, just that and that alone.
Fruit is another thing that has ripped through the health of people in recent decades.
Fruit isn't all that good for you, more specifically the acidic and sugary tropical fruits. Stick with non-tropicals.

The healthiest countries barely eat them.
All of them eat 7 grain + veg.
Then a couple portions of protein from meat or fish.
No more than 2 fruit a day, preferably fiber-rich non-tropical fruits. Same with alcohol and sugary stuff.
Dairy is about the same.
I forget the order of the lower ones, but the main ones are veg, grain and meat/fish/fungi.

An omnivore diet is entirely sustainable.
The problem is people EAT TOO MUCH.

If people were to eat proper amounts of food, they'd not only feel a massive increase in overall health, there'd be barely any need for more than 70% of the amount of animal farming we currently have.

The human body doesn't need to constantly eat.
Being hungry is not a bad thing.
The human body evolved to not eat for long periods of time.

Plenty of people willingly don't eat much for a few days a week.
Not eating for at least 2 days in a row lead the body to recycling damaged sections of itself, then when you continue eating, it regenerates new cells from said food. (this is now official recommendation during cancer treatment, 3 day fast improves survival odds through the roof)

Your body doesn't constantly need this input of nutrients. They just come out the back end of you.
It only needs food to repair and build itself up. The amount of food it requires to do this is very little. That includes building muscle.
All those retard body builders eating shitloads of protein aren't gaining anything from it because the body can only work with a specific amount of protein a day, well below what they consume. They'd need well over 300% of a day to even get close to utilizing that protein. They'd die in their 30s with such exercise regimes. Over-exercise is just as big a killer as obesity. But don't mention that around /fit/fags, they will cry and show you their epic gains.

Equally, a lot of vegetable sources of protein RELY on animals indirectly.
Vitamin D3 is from fucking sheep wool.

The body needs iron.
Too much iron is a problem.
The same issue can happen with people that eat Liver, and with Vitamin A on top.
There are a few Vitamins that can become toxic when eaten too much.

The meta-study is as flawed as the studies they reviewed.
Most of the reviews never took in to consideration things we know now, shit like how low-fat diets are horribly bad, that saturated fat is not bad for you, despite the constant lies over it. (which continues today, despite ENTIRE COUNTRIES being evidence against it)

A large number of the people in these studies fell for the vegetable oil meme just like most people around the times those studies started.

The "salt is bad" thing is one of the worst ones at that. The original study was so fucking flawed I am sure it got pushed through on purpose to sell low-fat food. It broke so many basic standards for good science it hurts.

There are distinct differences between these people.
This means there is more than 2 distinctly separate genetic conditions that have been undiagnosed for decades because of a lie.

Quite a lot of stuff out there on calorie restriction and fasting.
Extends overall life, reduces immune system damage and inefficiency, improves recovery from illness.
And the recent-ish results on study of fasting and cancer survival has shown a lot of promise.

Fasting forces the body to catabolize useless, dying or damaged cells, which then get regenerated as you eat.
So if you have a damaged immune system, a simple 3-day fast is enough to completely rebuild your immune system in most people they have tried it with.
