Nothing but whats on the picture is damaged. Nothing plugged in to the motherboard works. Sorry for the tech support thread, i just don't really know what to google other than "green shit on motherboard".
Get some contact cleaner(I've had luck with Deoxit) and a couple of soft toothbrushes. Spray it down, let it soak for a few minutes, gently brush it off, repeat until clean, then do it again with a clean toothbrush, then rinse it off with some alcohol or something. If any parts are completely fucked, get on Digikey and buy replacements, then solder 'em on. If the traces are fucked, good luck, Google it.
