enroll in community college and get an associates in IT, then get certs

or, get an unlocked smartphone (galaxy s3 unlocked, galaxy s4 mini) for $100, use it to take notes and pictures of your instructions so you can look at them later

If you have ADD/ADHD you need something. Either a drug or a strict schedule that requires exercise and a good diet. I have ADHD but have never been diagnosed(I don't want that on my medical reports) I've used some drugs meant to suppress it but weed and exercise are just as good if not better.

I recommended the gamificationized apps. Also, make sure to portray this problem as a medical problem to your bosses, that way they can't discriminate you whenever you have difficulties. Because that's what it is, a medical problem.

I had issues with a chronic illness that causes me a lot of pain which caused me to miss a lot of work randomly and unexpectedly. I let all my bosses know about the medical issues, and pretty much created a situation where I could take days off, leave whenever I needed to because of my health. This was to the point where I could have easily abused the situation to just take off work whenever I wanted, which I didn't do because I wouldn't have made any money that way.

Okay back up customers data.
Reformat PC.
Install windows 7 pro and transfer the data.
Prior to transfer make sure you put antivirus software on it.

I would do something like miss the antivirus software one and do the transfer, and have to do it up all over again because I transferred a virus. Its usually just a crucial detail that I just don't think about or I miss and it drives me insane how I can't seem to get my shit together.

My last job I lost in 3 months because they told me it 'didn't work out'. I needed to confirm and awkwardly called my boss from before and asked him what he meant, could he specify?

He stated that I just didn't have the maturity level needed that the company was looking for.

Partially I'm glad he didn't say "Because you cant follow directions." or something regarding directions, seeing this isn't a repeat offense, I think I should tell my boss about the medical problem...
