This shit is smooth as fuck, I thought 6.0 was lagfree (to be fair, Android has been lagfree since 4.1) but even the slight lag has been removed, everything is so smooth.
>>56478541
since android 4, i have only seen lag in chrome.
it lags beyond reason at this point. but all the other browsers, even samsungs integrated one is better lol.
cant wait for 7 on my s7
>>56478586
>chrome
is not Android
Though I did notice it felt smoother on 7.0, I use it a shitload and have like 30 tabs open all the time so I think I'm a good test subject
yeah too bad it murdered my battery life
>>56479136
it increased mine by a lot over 6, you must be doing something seriously wrong.
>>56479188
nexus 5x, was getting like 7 hours sot on 6
now i usually only get like 4
haven't changed anything, exact same apps and usage
clean install too, I didn't do an upgrade
>>56479188
>>56479188
nah nexus 5x has a known battery bug.
>>56479136
desu the update from M to N is known to have random results. You should try reflashing N from the bootloader to see if a clean slate improves things.
>>56479475
see
>>56479212
I didn't upgrade, clean flashed it
>>56479492
Oh. Well, serves you right for getting the worst Android phone of 2015.
>>56479631
Not him but what do you recommend? I probably won't upgrade from my Nexus 6 unless something really fucking good appears, this phone is pretty baller.
>>56479666
Well the Galaxy S7 is surprisingly good, although I'm usually a Nexus only guy. I'd recommend waiting until October to see if the new Nexus phones (named Pixel apparently) are any good.
>>56479687
>Galaxy S7
Well I'll never buy Samshit again, so I guess I'll stick with Nexus/Pixel.
>>56479730
desu I said that after getting rid of my Note 4 because Touchjizz was fucking hell, and then I recently got the S7 only because there was a 160 euros discount on it, and I'm surprised at how acceptable touchwizz has become. I still miss stock Android and fast updates though so I'll probably get the smaller Pixel in October if it's any good.
>>56479758
>how acceptable touchwizz
not gonna fall for that
>>56479833
Look, I'm not trying to make you buy one, cause I couldn't give a fuck, but really the horrifying ram management from the S6 has been fixed and Samshit made an app called Good Lock which is a SystemUI replacement that gives you a close-to-stock interface.
Pic related, you can also remove that quick settings shelf and swipe down a second time instead to get the same Quick Settings as stock Android.
Also as I said, I went for it because it was massively discounted, but I'd probably not advise you to get it for 700 bucks.
>>56479631
>complain about nexus
>shills samsung
hmm really makes u think
so, any interesting feature coming from nougat?
I slapped marshmallow on my moto g gen1 and i'm happy so far, but I'm curious about nougat. Does it have something new?
I still haven't got the update on my Nexus 6P but have it on my Pixel C.
Nexus 6 when
