I'll give you screen. An x220 can easily have more storage and you could just put an ssd and it would be just as fast. It's more portable since its smaller. As for support you can service and upgrade a thinkpad yourself with ease but you can't with macs. Can't comment on the track pad since I haven't used macs much. Also the keyboard is far superior on the x220 and there are more ports.
