It's OpenVZ ( OS level, not full virtualization) so you can only pick from a list of OSs they support, no uploading your own image and I couldn't get apparmor to work on their Ubuntu 14.04 cause the kernel version doesn't support it (yet).
Also the ToS prohibits mass mailing, data mining and pentesting, though I don't know how serious they are about enforcing it.
But if you can live with all that - and I can- the prices are great and they seem trustworthy being a subsidiary of a big Lithuanian ISP.
