Firstly, nice build. Really like the cleanliness.

Secondly, it's definitely noticeable, but I can barely hear it when I have anything playing through either my speakers or headphones.

Also, I don't have a ceiling fan, so I have to use pic related which is wayyyyyy louder than my rig.

To put that in perspective, the floor fan is literally on the opposite side of my room, and my rig is less than 2 feet from my head.

If you're looking at price/performance ratio, water cooling is not and never will be worth it. You pay a huge premium for - at best - very little gain.over good air cooling.
But if you want the aesthetic it's another story, and up to you whether you want to pay for looks.

You also have to factor in the maintenance that comes with water cooling, especially a custom loop.

have a xeon 1231v3 running because it had a good value back then. the fury x is mildly overclocked.

i set every fan to it's audible maximum which is noiseblocker eloop at 100%
alpenföhn at 80%
and the gentletyphoon rebrand at 40% because it has a rattling noise to it due to the radiator and would increase with higher fanspeed but all in all it's rather quiet compared to the systems of my colleagues

i'm still thinking about reasearching what the actual rattling noise is... maybe attaching simple rubberfeet would disable the vibrations
