Your question is vague. There's so many ways you could do what you want (for whatever reason).
installed the theme, icons and wallpaper after seeing this thread. links were dead but archive.org worked. here i zipped the files for you.
change the themes folder name to .themes and icons to .icons and move them to your home folder.
use whatever theme manager+windows manager you are using to select them. i also chose arial as the default font.
