1 You need to be confident in an interview. if you really suck with people go be a waiter for a few months and you'll be naturally smooth and friendly.

2 You need to have some clue about the basics of the requirements of the job. Does the job use Java, Spring mvc, and oracle? Why not make a small application in those 3?
