whats the best torrent client downloader?

Why do you need a separate program to download torrent clients? Why do you download your clients that often?

I just use the inbuilt Firefox dowloader

I currently use rtorrent but it's a gigantic bitrotten piece of shit

Thinking about switching to transmission because it offers a daemon/client operation, but it sadly has no text-based or command line client as far as I can tell.

It's an official version. They have a GUI version, a headless version, and a daemon version.

Nvm, I had a look and it's literally made by the same people (apparently - the homepage link is also transmissionbt.com), and the version number is the same as the main transmission client.
