What does SeaMonkey offer that other browsers don't?

It's a gtk2 firefox. The gtk3 filepicker is crap.

Also, firefox has gone full sjw and the browser performance is shitty these days. Also, seamonkey is a full internet suite. Look it up

Opera 12.16

>>56401751
That looks ugly as fuck, OP. I hope there are performance benefits or something.

* Firefox is best for extensibility/ricing
* Chrome is best for convenience
* Qutebrowser is best for minimalism/efficiency and probably performance

Caveats: Chrome is only convenient if you sell your soul to Google, become part of their ecosystem, and use their services regularly. Otherwise you mind as well go with Firefox. And Qutebrowser has a slight learning curve, but it's totally worth it.

Ultimately all browsers function identically and it's mostly a subjective choice. Arguing over the performance of FF vs Chrome is retarded because most people use many add-ons/extensions which heavily affect performance.

>>56405922
It's the same as Firefox, but it gets updated every day. It may add or remove features. Bad performance in Firefox is usually tied to having many add-ons. Also you may be using the 32-bit version of Firefox, and you could see performance gains if you use the 64-bit version (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/)
>>
>>56406936
It's not like he's stuck with it looking that way, that's just how he's got it set up. And there are benefits, it's essentially a continuation of Netscape Communicator.

My browser supports that, but we're talking about web browsers. The "web" in web browser is important because it's not the same as the browser which you use to look at files.

Why should it? If people want these features then they can install Firefox or something. It's like criticising SumatraPDF for a lack of features when it doesn't intend to include them.
>>

Yes, laughing at people hurts their feelings. Not all of us have high self confidence. I thought you said you were abused? Why would you lie about that? Do you know how much suffering it causes me even today?

>I gave plenty of reasons
>No I didn't. this whole time we've been discussing browsers.
Safari isn't Finder. Finder is the browser, Safari is the web browser. This is a web browser thread. I don't understand the miscommunication here.

Do you support Donald Trump? You seem like you're an alt-righter. I'm not even a liberal or SJW or whatever, but you've been incredibly hurtful and offensive because of my choices. I don't appreciate that.
>>

The backend is C++.
>>
>>56408617
It's not unusable, it functions as a web browser for the 99% of people that don't use RSS etc. so there isn't much reason to include these features. I'm not saying stay away from it, use it if you like.
>>
>>56408658
