How do other /g/entoomen compute? Let's share our devices and how we have them set up. I'll start (obvs use this OP as a template).

>BlackBerry Q10, debating switching to the Classic
my man! i got a classic myself. love it. tried the q10 before i committed to the classic though, and the only reasons i switched were the larger screen, extra physical buttons, and little trackpad. if you don't need that stuff, then stick with the q10.
>older macs
hell yes. i actually have a performa 6400 sitting in storage, along with an apple SE/30, and a newton messagepad 2000. all still work except for the newton (just needs a new battery and charger).
>>56376505
I only want the Classic because of the trackpad, it's nothing but downgrades besides that as far as I'm concerned which is why I'm so on the fence about it
>>56376554
it performs noticeably (though not much) better than the q10 in my experience. a little faster / more responsive. the only downgrade imho, is the internal battery (which can be replaced, it'll just cost you some time or a considerable amount of money when the day comes).
>>56376581
Yeah, the battery's the main thing that's kept me from it, I don't charge my phone I just swap the dead battery for a charged one. Plus I prefer the Q10's size.
>>56376775
it's definitely the way to go for you then. i'm contemplating getting a q10 as a backup bb10 device myself, only because of the removable battery.
