I don't like the idea of putting all my passwords in a cloud that was once hacked, that's why I'm using KeePass right now.

Can LastPass keep things strictly locally?

Plus, LastPass is a proprietary software, I don't really like that when it's about safety and privacy.

Keepass with syncthing to sync database between devices, keefox on firefox for autofill and keepassdroid for phone is best.
