Pointer shadow

it's the first thing I disable everytime I reformat. completely unneeded and a waste of resources. haven't had it enabled in 15 years

I mean, technically that is correct but if you actually notice that the shadow of a mouse cursor is taking up too much resources it's time to finally get a machine from this millennium.

It literally doesn't make any difference with modern software. It uses the exact same methods. It's 2016, nobody bothers with saving 10 additions any longer, especially as stuff like that is heavily hardware accelerated anyway.

I enable it
It allows me to see the difference between the cursor and the content I'm looking at
For some reason I find it to do it without.
