I have the exact same GPU and i bought it 200 euros 1+1/2 years ago. It handles 1080p fine at least for me. Even Deus Ex MD runs at 45-50 fps at high (1080p).

No, i generally don't overclock because it is not worth it. My CPU is an i5 4570 and it is around 70-90% usage when playing Deus Ex.

Depending on where you lived I would buy it. If you would even resell it you would still easy make a quick profit. If you live in US probably not since everything is far cheaper there then in europe.

CSGO izi pizi 250-300 fps (i haven't changed the frame limiter which is by default 300)
I haven't played dota 2 but i can play lol at ultra with 200 fps i think
I haven't played WoW but i think you should be fine
TW3 is a heavy game i think it can handle medium

lol I have 3x r9 280x in my basement I'm trying to get rid of. Totally though, I'm running the 4th in my PC and I can run every game medium-max, and they'll be cheap as fucks.
