Don't know what this means, but if you're being sarcastic, please point me in the direction of a better laptop for around the same price.

XPS 13 was my first choice, but it's so damn expensive. Cheapest model in Australia is still more than the Razer Blade Stealth, and has much worse specs.

not necessarily, modern composited desktops have seperate buffers for the whole screen and individual windows, it is possible to corrupt only a specific window content

Do a ram test, and a hard drive sector test. If it isnt either of those things, then it will cost too much to fix.

install gfxcardstatus. If you have multiple gfx cards (dedicated and integrated) trying forcing one. My guess is that the memory of the dedicated gpu is failing, and when switching from dedicated to integrated, it copied corrupt blocks.

also, replace every instance of dedicated by discrete in my story for correct terminology, not doing that for you.

Had the same problem before, insurance covered it.
