Qain is gone, fired, finished.
Wendell is a big question mark as to his relationship with Logan will ever repair and if he will continue with Tek syndicate.
Pistol hates Qain. Like really fucking hates him. Probably the reason why Logan is so quick to end the relationship with Qain.
Logan is in full damage control. Basically making excuses and hoping everything will work out ok after the fallout. You can tell he is starting to see that he is responsible for the whole situation however the likelihood of him admitting a large amount of the blame is slim to none.

While it's a possibility that Wendell was taking money, I doubt that he was. Wendell's business was successful long before Tek Syndicate started the Patreon stuff and really started bringing in money-- his office can be seen in in a video from nearly three years ago. Wendell's company is bigger than Tek Syndicate. What money he could take from TS would be peanuts compared to his own company.

I think Logan and Pistol were surprised by the fact that Wendell invoiced TS for any and all things related to the work he did for TS. For tax purposes, this makes perfect sense. Logan and Pistol, however, were probably paying for much of this stuff out of pocket. They probably didn't count as many working hours as Wendell did, either. If I were in Wendell's position, however, I'd probably do the same thing, as the hours spent on TS work need to be compensated against their value at his own business. I base these ideas on the invoices posted by Wendell and the things that Pistol has been saying.

It really seems that Pistol is an instigator. She may not be the root cause for all these tensions, but she appears to enjoy fanning the flames. If I were Logan, I'd get rid of her as soon as possible, but I doubt he'll do that, considering they seem to be such good friends.
