You probably just got unlucky with the data scanner when posting. Open the image in notepad and scroll to the bottom to check for anything written after the END marker.

Doesn't seem to matter what format or quality settings I use but obviously not very large given it's a single-colored 1x1 image. Maybe 4chan has a minimum file size for images or something?
