Does your phanteks case have the RGB power LED's, too? My Phanteks case does, but, whenever I connect the strip (which is connected to my motherboard) to the power LED's on the case, they display everything fine except the red channel. But if I plug in the power LED's on their own, they'll do red fine. Not sure what's up with that.

As of right now, it's still stock at 3.0GHz. Although I've noticed in games, it stays usually around "15-25%" utilized, but jumps to "3,999 MHz" sometimes. Not sure if that's an accurate reading though. I plan to over clock it to 4.5 GHz, but if that's unachievable, I'll settle for 4.0 GHz on all 10 cores.

I heard Silicon Lottery had a 4.4GHz 6950X for sale, so, they might not be able to clock that high except for the lucky ones. Depending on how you look at my loop, I either have 240mm or 360mm of radiator space for the CPU, so, it should definitely clock up pretty well. The hottest it gets is in games, thanks to the added heat from the GPU's, but, so far I've only seen it get to around 60C tops, or 65C when it was really warm in the room.

Thanks. Yeah, so, the bubbles eventually worked themselves away, or rather to the top of the reservoir. That SLI bridge is also a temporary one for the time being. I'm either going to get the EVGA one (which I'm leaning against since my GPU's aren't EVGA) or wait for EK to eventually release theirs.

The temps on the NCase system I had were... Relatively acceptable. During games with a stock clock 5820K and 980, the system would get to around 65-70C CPU, and 55-65C GPU. But a single 980 wasn't enough performance, and I wanted the 6950X. But I also wanted to run a 6950X at 4.0 GHz, which would make it run a lot hotter obviously. As well as, if I stayed ITX, I'd have likely gotten the Titan XP, which would have ran a lot hotter than the 980, most likely also. So, pair an overclocked CPU, hotter GPU, and adding a NVMe SSD which would run really warm too, I'm pretty damn sure I'd have run into thermal issues. My new build lets me have a lot more cooling, and expandability for things like mutli GPU, more SSD's, and a few other PCIe deviced that I wanted. If the NCase build could have kept all the components I wanted under 80C at full load on each part, I'd likely have kept the build and just done a Titan XP and 6950X inside that build. But, again, my new build is getting utilized. I will also double my RAM from 32GB to 64GB eventually, specifically for RAM-disk useage.

I do not doubt you, but I would like to see your nVidia control panel. My setup did not work that way with 3x8800GTXs, I had to go the ribbon route... The SLI routing goes either from top back (1) to top back (2) ( 2 way SLI )

or from top front (1) to top back (3), top back (3) to top front (2), and the return is top back (2) back to top back (1). Its my understanding, that if you remove card (2), that cards (1) back connector goes no-where...

Consider yourself lucky if you can achieve stable 4.4 GHz without insane temps on i7-6950X. They don't seem to OC too well and power draw is ridiculous after increasing the voltage. I haven't seen a single 4.5 GHz binned unit on Silicon Lottery or Caseking.

everytime i open this case i notice what a mistake it was

the GPU doesnt go all the way in for the slot clip to close, because the PCI slot below sticks out further for some reason, and in the top slot the heatsink clip gets in the way. im probably gonna vandalize one of those
