I have grown too used to its shortcuts so when I occasionally have to use Windows I use AHK to get basic editing commands and a few other things the way I like it

AHK is generally allowed in (OS)RS as long as your scripts are 1:1 (one key maps to one action). That being said, it's not officially supported, and technically you can get banned for using it in certain ways - Jagex's official stance is to use AHK at your own risk
