I used to work for a vISP, and once we were raided by the Australian federal police because they were investigating one of our clients for financial fraud

There just happened to be shitloads of pirated content on the servers they seized. Movies, pirated software and keygenerators and such, mostly stuff we shared between coworkers in the office but also stuff that was actively being torrented.

The police returned the servers after finding the records they wanted (property management software shit related to the case they were investigating), they didn't even mention the terabytes upon terabytes of pirated content.

Unless they're specifically targeting you they just don't give a shit. And they're not gonna specifically target you unless you're making enough money off your pirated content to be worth bothering with.
