If using chrome, just click the symbol that appears before the website in the address bar and where it says javascript allowed choose always block on this site and refresh page. 100% easy fix.

Adblockers are always detectable, but it's a game of cat and mouse. Advertisers insert a honeypot to detect if you're blocking it, adblockers add it to their whitelist. And so on and so forth. You should check out reek's Anti-adblock killer.

Any site that uses "Please disable adblock to continue using" isn't worth visiting anyway.
