Andrews & Arnold are better, but last I heard, Plusnet weren't shit.

I really like them, been a customer for years.
Mainly because of their usage policy, they used to have a transparent system of bandwidth usage where you get unlimited usage between midnight and 8am, then a limit over the day, so I'd schedule torrents and not worry about usage limits.
But now it's just unlimited with a fair use policy and I download... say, 500GB a month and they don't even give a shit.
