Need a new phone.
Need front face speaks and a decent inbuilt DAC and AMP so I can listen my waifu music on the go.
Doesn't matter if the specs are not top notch,
2GB+ ram
Quad core + at decnet clocks.
got about $350 if buying outright, or more if the phone can be gotten on contract.

Just been looking for same answer. I have a 6P but it's too big. I've been looking at some Xiaomi phones as spec is fine and they are smaller and cheaper. Not sure about DAC and amp, not sure what to look for. What cans are you planning on driving?

I can't imagine there is a whole lot of variety when it comes to DACs in phones. The vast majority of the time you're probably going to be looking at 16-bit Cirrus Logic DACs.
Maybe if you're willing to pay like $800 or something you can find a phone with 24-bit DAC. iphones probably have them, maybe some high end Android phones too.
