I bought a "New" harddrive on ebay so ran smartmontools on it when I got it. Is this what I think it means? Or is it a huge misnomer? Am I reading it wrong? Is smart always right? Here's the full pastebin.

What does that mean? So what is lifetime hours? Since the device was manufactured but not necessarily used?
