Like the idea.
However, the last time I used it, I got worried after I hadn't received an update for several weeks, and the website said they'll get to it once they're done with the next Mint release.
LMDE was discontinued soon after due to lack of manpower, and it reappeared as LMDE2.
Too suspicious to try it now, plus I've riced out my Debian to my heart's content, and like the comfiness of Stable.

Install Fedora and enable RPM fusion. Then install steam. It just werks.
