All of these. Literally the only reason to not use a credit card is if you're too stupid to keep track of how much you're spending. Seriously, I am almost retarded when it comes to remembering how much I spend, so I just write it down every time I do.
Zero problems, I've never carried credit card debt over a month that wasn't because of a special emergency expenditure.
