What the fuck, where is the old Windows 10 start menu? I want

What the fuck, where is the old Windows 10 start menu? I want the little arrow back to let me go to different folders with file browser instead of having to right click. God, I just got used to the Win10 menu as well.

What do you guys think about this custom start menu?
Search area on the top and alphabetical index are kinda unusual.
It also replaces outdated Run dialog.
