So I had this thing built, it's my first PC and I therefore turn to you.
I have not turned this thing on yet. Some IT guy installed Windows 10 on it, drivers for 1070 and all that jazz, but it's basically virgin.
What is the first thing I should do? What are the essentials for any new PC owner? I will deactivate all the windows 10 privacy bullshit btw.
This is primarily a MAO/Gaming rig.
