Hello /g/ im looking to buy an active subwoofer and im looking at the JTR orbit shifter LFU or the JTR captivator 1400.

the 1400 has higher max output at ~18hz and below but i heard that those frequencies you cant even hear. so is it even worth getting captivator 1400 for higher lower freq output or should i get the shifter which is louder overall?

theyre also about 1000$ difference and size/weight is fucking huge on the OS woofer.

arent those forums filled with shills? i feel like theyre always saying get the more expensive speaker blah blah.

im looking at databass charts and i dont see a 1000$ difference. to me the 1400 looks better but i dont know.
