Otherwise buy them online. From vape shops. Don't buy them from China you fuck.

There's three basic rules to battery safety: Use good batteries in a device with protective circuits and a good charger.

For vaping, rule #1 -- see above. rule #2 means a variable wattage mod -- usually they will have lockout features to prevent constant discharge. Rule #3 means get a charger that's more than $5, everyone uses Nitecore but whatever floats your boat.

Almost the same here. Convoy S3 takes 18650, too. I bought pic related from GB, hopefully they won't go off in my face.
As a charger i use a Nitecore UM10 which i got for ca. 9-10€ from GB. Has everything i need, you can scan QR to be sure it's legit and they offer 1 year limited warranty for free, chink shit usually only has about 3 month.
