Hey /g/! Is apkpure a viable playstore solution for keeping apk up to date?
I have put the latest rr on my note 2 and it is surprisingly snappy, I'm trying to use it without play services but I haven't yet found a substitute for all apps I had from the play store and I find it quite bothersome to check apkmirror for new updates weekly.. is there anything I should know about apkpure that could throw me off? Are there any better solutions out there?
No.
no wtf, apkpure isnt even open source, the whole point of not using google play is if you want everything open sourced, if thats the case use f-droid.
just stop sucking up to /g/ and trying to be muh "open source" and install gplay
If you are willing to give up a little from your privacy, you can check micro-g , it's a google play services alternative. From then, you can install Play Store and the phone will remain snappy.
