what servers do you have /g/
post specs and purposes
RPi B+, doing bittorrent (Deluge) and a collection of minor duties.
I have an Intel D525MW with 2GB of RAM and two 2TB hard drives acting as my primary storage and web server.
4x2tb i3 4160 16 gb ram freenas
Bunch of old HP blades
crack hashes, sieve primes, that sorta stuff. not very fast tho
32GB, i5, ~20TB storage. Hosts a lot of shit.
A converted uATX tower with an
i3 2100, 16GB of RAM
a 60GB SSD for the system and 3 2TB HDDs for RAIDZ.
and an additional Gb/s NIC
So far I'm only using the RAIDZ volume for backups and the server itself as a VPN, but I plan on putting VMs on it with a web server, NIDS and LDAP/Kerberos and making it my primary mail server.
I currently have Postfix and Dovecot running on a VPS and I'll still need the VPS for sending mail as my ISP cuts off all outgoing traffic from port 25, but I'd like to keep all my mail at home, so I guess I will put the one at home as a higher priority mail exchanger in the DNS records, keep running both Postfix and Dovecot on both for authentication, but cut off IMAP ports on the VPS and have a cron job move any mail sent to the VPS to the home server through SSH.

Most ISPs block port 25 due to spam, but you should be using an SSL port for mail these days anyway.
I have 3 physical servers
An old HP8200 workstation I got from work that acts as a Plex server.
Built a small box with 16GB ECC RAM, a power efficient cpu and 3x3TB disks, set it up with zfs as a NAS.
Recently built a new VM host, AMD 4core 3.1ghz with 16GB ram, which currently hosts a torrent server, my friend's starbound server, my factorio server, a hentai@home server and a Discord bot server. Once I have the time I'll set up an ownCloud server too, and maybe an email server.
Both my selfbuilt boxes are built with powersaving in mind.
I prefer splitting up services on smaller VMs for safer management and the ability to tinker and fuck up one server without ruining all my services, and I don't find the extra overhead an issue at all.
A Microserver Gen8
Running it as a NAS w/ ZFS on Linux and a few misc things.
