Anyway to force the refresh rate on virtualbox? didnt really find anything on google just people saying that it goes off ur real graphics drivers, but as you can see from the pic it doesnt

Have you verified that the VM actually runs at 60 or 96 hz?

Can tell when moving the mouse in it desu, but i checked anyway with
http://www.testufo.com/#test=frameskipping
and it detected it as 60
